Senior Sales Manager

JacksonGrant is proud to be representing our manufacturing client who specialize in the production of flexible packaging and security printed materials. Establish for 100 years this company has continuously evolved and strengthened and is now looking to hire an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help them continue their success. 

Responsibilities;

• Analyze current sales strategy of the Flexible Packaging Business and suggest solutions for improvement
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Develop sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand
• Expand the company’s customer base and build lasting relationships 
• Establish a referral network with other businesses and find opportunities to maximize value
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team 
• Lead and motivate the team through a Sales Manager and Customer Manager (total 15 people)

Requirements;

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field
• 10 years of experience working in sales preferably in one of the senior positions such as Sales Manager or Sales Director or similar role
• Must have a substantial background in working as a leader of a sales team
• Good knowledge of packaging industry, especially flexible packaging market- Food and Nonfood (Personal care, Household, Health care, etc.)
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Knowledge of ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management
