Gather requirements and oversee system testing to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through remote working models as needed; Reporting, analysing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly Provide testing support using modern techniques in unit, UAT, and integration testing Work with consulting and support partners to support and resolve technical and functional issues in the D365 system Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRIS, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information System, Accounting Information System or related field Having HR or ERP project management experiences will be advantageous.
