We are seeking an HRD Manager to nurture talent, enhance employee competence, implement recognition programmes, and promote a culture of continuous learning, with the goal of increasing employee engagement, retaining talent, and developing the organisation’s labour force.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's human resources development (HRD) strategy
  • Analyse training needs based on business objectives and employee performance reviews
  • Establish a training master plan
  • Manage the training budget
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programmes for different levels of employees, from entry-level to leadership
  • Create training materials and resources that support learning initiatives and allow the company to measure the effectiveness of the training initiatives
  • Manage and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Utilise various training methodologies, such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, WI, functional training materials & tests, related to HRD: including Talent management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Succession Planning, Leadership Development & Management Trainee programmes
  • Initiate and promote the process of E-Learning systems for employees
  • Conduct and develop an orientation programme for new employees
  • Digitise the training processes to be more effective, productive, and agile
  • Prepare content for public relations and the media
  • Manage HR development activities and related projects
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track HR performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure HR regulatory compliance
  • Create and implement a robust retention system to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure consistent application of performance evaluations and competency assessments
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training & development trends, and best practices
  • Submit documents to the Department of Skill Development
  • Be responsible for auditing of training and development
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field
  • At least 8 years of direct experience in Human Resources Development
  • Knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and especially Powerpoint, and HR software
  • Strong background in Learning & Development and HROD: including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development
  • Proven experience in Employee Engagement
  • Experience running HRD and/or HROD projects
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, public speaking, decision making and problem-solving skills
