Our client is a premium European retail company with a growing presence throughout Asia. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join their team, reporting to the HR Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation package aligned with the company's strategy and business goals
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Manage employees' schedules, attendance records, and vacation requests
- Conduct market and benchmark analysis to define remuneration strategies for both specialist and generalist roles
- Develop and implement a Total Rewards Strategy
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in benchmark structure and analysis
- Strong background in C&B functions, including job grading, job evaluation, payroll management, and payroll reporting, particularly in a manufacturing environment with 1,000 or more employees
- Experience in developing employee rewards and retention programs
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
- Managerial experience is a plus (with one subordinate as a C&B Supervisor)
- Experience with the Tigersoft program is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English (fluent English is not required)
