Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the Business Development Director
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, providing post-sales support
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities while developing an active sales pipeline
  • Create and deliver exceptional sales documents and presentations with support from specialist teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, enhancing the business profile
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure all activities are communicated to the Business Unit Leader and Sales Director, maintaining compliance with sign-off procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in an industrial or engineering field
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in high-level presentations
  • Ability to build relationships across various levels, including clients, site staff, and suppliers
  • Target-driven and comfortable working in high-pressure sales environments
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when necessary
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English
