Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager to expand new business opportunities within the commercial sector. This role focuses on integrated facilities management (IFM) services, fostering third-party relationships, and driving growth and long-term partnerships.

- Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects, researching industry trends, and analysing sales options
- Manage the business development process end-to-end, including client outreach, site visits, tender briefings, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and successful contract handover
- Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives and collective goals
- Support and drive safety initiatives within the organisation, working alongside the Group Health & Safety team
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies are followed and report any concerns in line with company procedures
- Participate in training and development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facility Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management, the Service Industry, or Consultative Sales
- Fluent in English and Thai, with strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with the ability to create and present compelling proposals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- Experience in Solutions Design with a client-focused mindset
- Open-minded and adaptable, with strong leadership qualities and ethical decision-making
- An active listener who can understand and respond to client needs effectively
- Flexible and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to challenges
