Our client, a leading global provider of innovative food processing solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Sales Manager to drive profitable growth by managing customer relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets.
This role focuses on expanding business opportunities through market identification, service solution creation, and leading the Customer Relationship team. The position involves collaboration with internal teams and senior executives to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve customer service order release and profit targets for assigned countries, contributing to continuous business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with global and regional objectives to meet targeted sales and revenue goals
  • Evaluate market potential and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities in the customer service market
  • Create new service solutions in partnership with business unit specialists
  • Develop promotional strategies and support the creation of regional customer service sales plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
  • Provide a three-month sales order forecast to support planning and decision-making
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Relationship team to achieve sales quotas and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
  • Implement consultative, value-based selling techniques focused on competitive positioning, pricing, and objection-handling strategies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, company products, services, and solutions
  • Oversee the business and budget for the customer service portfolio in Thailand, ensuring growth in turnover and profit
  • Manage the customer service product portfolio, leading the successful introduction of new products to market
  • Represent the company in discussions with senior-level executives and build strong networks with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments
  • Plan and conduct customer visits and follow-up interactions
  • Develop strategies to promote team adherence to performance goals and company policies
  • Foster a high-performance, engaging team culture
  • Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring a competitive advantage in the industry
  • Monitor and clearly communicate progress toward sales targets, motivating employees to achieve individual and team goals
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in team leadership and coaching
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data and product solutions into client value
  • Proven success in managing sales cycles, C-level relationships, and contract negotiations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset with a high level of independence
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
