We are seeking a Project Manager (HR) to spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (HR module) across multiple company sites. As an integral part of the internal ERP implementation and support team, the Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and concluding the project to ensure a successful rollout. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective management of project timelines, and assurance that the agreed-upon scope of work is fully implemented and quality-tested.

This is a contractual, project-based position with an initial term of 12 months, ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in ERP implementation and HR process optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Control project cost, resource and schedule of HR ERP project implementation Phase II
  • End to end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
  • Prepare project management documents such as Project Plan, Project Meeting Document, Kick off meeting, Project Progress Report, Minute of meeting, Deliverable sign off and so on
  • Arrange the necessary project meeting such as Progress meeting, Internal Project Meeting
  • Manage data preparation, training, and related project documentation.
  • Gather requirements and oversee system testing to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, both in-person and through remote working models as needed;
  • Reporting, analysing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly
  • Provide testing support using modern techniques in unit, UAT, and integration testing
  • Work with consulting and support partners to support and resolve technical and functional issues in the D365 system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRIS, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information System, Accounting Information System or related field
  • Having HR or ERP project management experiences will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
