Our client is a multinational company specialising in precision imaging technology and advanced equipment. They are seeking a Finance Office Manager to oversee financial operations and office administration at their Bangkok office. The office functions as a service provider to the company’s U.S. headquarters, managing financial transactions, procurement, and administrative responsibilities.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with SAP expertise who can manage both the financial and operational aspects of a small yet highly specialised office.

Responsibilities Finance & Accounting
  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and financial reconciliation
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Process payroll and tax filings, including PND 50 and withholding tax
  • Ensure proper SAP system management, recording transactions accurately for the Thailand entity
  • Handle financial reporting and procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Thai financial regulations
  • Track capital items, ensuring they are correctly booked and accounted for
  • Manage service invoicing to the U.S. headquarters, covering 50-60 transactions per month
  • Apply additional administrative charges for invoicing beyond agreed thresholds
  • No requirement for US GAAP compliance
Office & Administration
  • Oversee office management and front desk responsibilities
  • Arrange travel coordination for employees
  • Support procurement activities, including handling government documentation
  • Manage HR functions, including payroll and general administrative support
  • Coordinate with IT support based in the U.S. to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong background in finance and accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
  • CPD certification is required
  • SAP experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Thai tax regulations and reporting, including PND 50 and withholding tax
  • Experience in office administration, HR, and procurement support
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to handle monthly invoicing and reconciliation efficiently
  • Prior experience managing payroll and expense tracking
  • Ability to work independently in a small, technical office environment
