Head of Engineering

 Position Overview

Our client, a premium cookware manufacturing company based in Northern Province, Thailand, is

seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to join their innovative team. The company is renowned for its

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and managers to achieve operational excellence.

• Assess team performance, identify talent, and foster professional development.

• Provide strategic advice to senior management on engineering operations.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and management systems.

• Drive initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Enhance the support provided by the engineering department to business functions.

• Oversee the adoption of new equipment and technologies to meet process needs.

• Manage the engineering budget and ensure cost-efficiency.

• Spearhead the development of innovative automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

 

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on maintenance, facilities

management, or a related field.

• Experience in the ceramics or related manufacturing sector is advantageous.

• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

• Strategic thinking and strong planning and organizational abilities.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
