Our client, a leading multinational in the food manufacturing sector, known for its strong market presence and commitment to quality and innovation, is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Chonburi. This role will support HR operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive and can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a productive workplace.

This position will also assist the HR Plant Manager in various HR functions and step up in their absence to ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management, learning & development, and career progression programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee relations activities, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support HR data reporting, compliance, and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Assist the HR Plant Manager in daily HR operations and step in as the main HR contact when they are absent.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the food processing or manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong English skill is a MUST.
