Our client is a global leading logistics company with 39,000 employees across 1,120 sites worldwide. They offer tailored solutions for diverse industries across the entire supply chain, including air and ocean freight, multimodal transport, warehousing, customs clearance, and innovative value-added services.
They are currently looking for a proactive Account Manager to manage key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continued business growth.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of large international accounts (A&B clients) and focus on driving volume growth
- Actively cross-sell and upsell services, including air freight, sea freight, domestic and cross-border transport, customs clearance, and licensing
- Build a pipeline of potential key accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Lead implementation calls with local operations and clients to ensure smooth onboarding
- Manage RFQs in collaboration with Regional Product and Tender teams
- Build strong, long-term client relationships while coordinating closely with regional sales, procurement, and operations teams
- Promote a collaborative, team-first approach in line with company values
- Monitor market trends, provide consultative insights, and offer tailored supply chain solutions
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, vendors, and institutions
- Prepare executive summaries, proposals, reports, and client presentations
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity tracking in internal CRM systems
- Consistently seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
Requirements
- Passion for global trade and logistics, with a desire to make an impact in clients’ supply chains
- Creative and solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Service-driven with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Proven sales and client management experience with a strong track record in new business development
- Background in freight forwarding is required
- Industry experience in High-Tech, Automotive, or Life Sciences & Healthcare is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Thai
