Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports across key operational areas (production, warehousing, quality, maintenance, etc.)
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from SAP and other systems to support daily operations and strategic planning
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to provide insights into plant performance and areas for improvement
  • Lead data accuracy initiatives, ensuring consistency between transactional systems and reporting outputs
  • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving projects with data modeling, trend analysis, and scenario simulation
  • Automate data flows and streamline reporting processes for real-time visibility
  • Conduct root cause analysis and generate actionable insights from performance deviations
  • Present analysis and recommendations to site leadership and regional/global stakeholders
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations analytics or manufacturing performance reporting
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (especially PP, MM, and WM modules) and manufacturing data flows
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced), Power BI, or other data visualization tools
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operational performance metrics (e.g., OEE, yield, downtime, inventory accuracy)
  • Experience in FMCG, food production, or consumer goods industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English – required for cross-functional and global collaboration
  • Experience with digital transformation, automation, or Industry 4.0 tools is a plus
