Our client, a leading European manufacturer of advanced equipment for product inspection and contamination detection across various industries, is seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Sales Representative to join their Food Product Inspection segment. This role focuses on driving sales growth through partnerships with dealers, agents, system integrators, OEMs, and solution providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships that promote mutual business success.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with the company’s business goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners to drive joint sales activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives
  • Develop and implement partner sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies, including joint marketing, sales, and product initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support for partner initiatives
  • Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Support partner sales efforts through co-selling and joint customer engagements
  • Track, analyse, and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth and improvement
  • Lead partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring mutually favourable terms for all parties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all agreements
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform partner strategies
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the partner network

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the machinery industry, preferably within the food manufacturing sector
  • Proven success in driving sales through partner relationships and managing high-performing partnerships with channel partners, dealers, and resellers
  • Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English is required
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Established network within the food manufacturing industry
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
