Production Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing
operations in our state-of-the-art facility. This is a pivotal role for a driven professional who thrives in
fast-moving production environments and is passionate about Lean Manufacturing, operational
efficiency, and process optimization. The successful candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives to
enhance productivity, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with global quality and
safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Process Management
• Oversee the entire end-to-end production process to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and
timely product delivery.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles to streamline production workflows.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as efficiency, waste reduction, and quality metrics.
• Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the highest product quality
standards.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, and TPS frameworks.
• Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and implement built-in quality control measures.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and waste reduction efforts across the production line.
• Evaluate and improve plant layout and production flow for increased efficiency.
Resource & Team Management
• Oversee capacity planning, ensuring the right balance of manpower, raw materials, and
equipment.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment, encouraging accountability and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
• 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing (experience with casing, stamping, press, or
investment casting is a plus).
• Strong expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, TPS, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
