As a Sales Development Account Specialist, you will manage and grow assigned customer accounts while positioning our solutions as the preferred choice. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinate internal and external resources, and proactively support the expansion of our market footprint through value-driven service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with product information, technical specifications, pricing, and RFQs.
  • Drive design-in activities with customer R&D teams to secure product inclusion in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Build a strong sales pipeline within key accounts, identifying and developing new program opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support contract and agreement management with customers.
  • Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product Management, and Planning to deliver solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and call plans with insights on opportunities and risks.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or sales role within the electronics industry.
  • Proven ability to manage customer accounts and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Customer-facing experience with a focus on service delivery and commercial success.
  • Familiarity with interconnect products is a plus.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, opportunity tracking, and lead qualification.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
