Senior Account Executive – Telecommunication
Our client, a global leader in advanced solutions for the energy and telecom sectors, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven professional to join their team in Thailand. This critical role will be the key driver in establishing and growing the company’s presence in the telecom market, working closely with distributors and key partners to achieve sustainable sales growth. The Senior Account Executive will be instrumental in developing and nurturing relationships with distributors, system integrators, and contractors, positioning the company as the vendor of choice in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project pipelines and the ability to shape sales opportunities to improve winning probabilities. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential in identifying growth opportunities within the infrastructure business segment and leveraging technical support to promote the company’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster continuous and profitable sales growth by collaborating with distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance market positioning.
- Monitor distributor and partner pipelines, managing stocking levels to meet project demands.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within the infrastructure segment with internal teams.
- Advocate for the company's brand and expand its footprint in Thailand.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners and customers to drive sales and maintain relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a hunting role; candidates with a strong educational background may also be considered.
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing from a reputable university.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong English skills is a MUST.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills for working with internal teams.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive in driving results.
- Proven experience in customer engagement, including cold calling and developing new opportunities.
- Familiarity with telecommunication cabling products is advantageous.
- Strong solution-selling skills and ability to engage stakeholders to shape opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in account management and sales.
