Site and Facilities IT Infrastructure

Our client, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing, is renowned for producing high-quality electronic components and is committed to innovation and excellence.

They are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Site and Facilities IT Infrastructure professional to join their team. This role involves managing IT projects and systems across multiple sites, coordinating teams, handling vendor relationships, and overseeing IT maintenance within the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects at various sites
• Oversee the design, setup, and maintenance of networks, servers, storage, and cloud services
• Analyse and resolve technical issues with existing systems and networks
• Collaborate with the Facilities Team and local IT support on projects and new site requirements
• Assist in troubleshooting network problems and resolving infrastructure issues
• Plan, test, recommend, and implement network and workstation hardware and software
• Manage outsourced vendors for IT projects and infrastructure changes
• Provide network documentation and training to clients and programmers
• Create reports and documentation for the team and management, providing regular project updates
• Handle additional assigned duties and support related to IT infrastructure management

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of IT Infrastructure Management experience
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security solutions
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud platforms, and virtualisation technologies
• Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM
• PMI and Agile Certification or 5 years of Project Management experience
